According to the author there is no avalanche danger on the standard route – the ascent runs along the edge of and within the ski resort, and above it along a gentle ridge. Take care mainly in poor visibility: the final section to the summit runs above vertical rock walls dropping to the north and, from the summit, to the east, and the edge often carries cornices. The harder descent variants from the summit to the north and south are not part of this description.

Descent difficulty S1, exposure E1. Max. slope 25°, prevailing 15°, facing west and north-west. No glacier and no climbing sections.
